1.2.1 tuition @ Cowick Street Pilates Studio; Traditional Pilates Mat and Pilates Studio Equipment

The cost per session is £40 per hour

Book 4 121 sessions for £150

Book 10 121 sessions for £360

24 hours notice is required for any cancellation, or the full session cost will be charged

Duet (2 person) studio equipment classes @ Cowick Street Studio

The same costs as for 121 but you split the cost between the 2 of you.  Exercise with a friend or relative and share the cost.

24 hours notice is required if both students wish to cancel, or the full session cost will be charged.

4 person studio equipment classes @ Cowick Street Studio 

If there are 4 people then the cost is £75 per person (£12.50 per week) for a 6 week prepaid course, those in the class have first refusal on subsequent bookings.

If there are 2 people then the cost is £120 per person (£20 per week) for a 6 week prepaid course, those in the class have first refusal on subsequent bookings.

No refunds are given for missed classes because of the limited availability of spaces.
If at least 24 hours notice is given a catch up class can be booked in another class IF AVAILABLE.

Catch up classes will NOT be offered with cancellations of less than 24 hours notice.

Pilates Group Mat Work Classes

Courses run in 10 week blocks and cost £100 OR purchase 10 session credits for £120 valid for 3 months from date of first session.

Spaces are subject to availability so I recommend booking to secure your place.

No refunds are given for missed classes because of the limited availability of spaces.

Spinal Touch treatments at my Cowick Street Studio

£35 for a single session
£120 for 4 treatments. Although it is up to the individual 4 sessions are recommended to fully complete the treatment.

Kundalini Yoga private tuition

£45 for a 90 minute session

£400 for 10 sessions
